It’s that time of the year again!

The elections are done and the holiday season is already beginning.  2020 has been surreal to say the least and now seeing holiday decorations and everyone preparing for the holidays feels a bit too soon, but here it is!

WHERE IS MY SPECIALIST? – Some of our Specialists are in multiple locations or their schedules have changed quite a bit from before so we thought we would dedicate a page on our website to help you find your favorites. This way, you’ll know where your preferred Specialist is located along with which days she will be at that location.  Click here for an easy reference to standard schedules for the specialists you know and love.

LASER SEASON IS HERE! – Laser season officially started. Why are the fall and winter seasons, laser seasons?  When you are going through laser treatments, you will want to stay out of the sun and because we tend to cover up more during these seasons, it is the ideal time for you to either start or continue your laser journey.  If you have been wondering if you should get laser, it is a perfect opportunity to sign up for a FREE REMOTE laser consultation with one of our specialists and have all of your questions answered. If you can’t find a time available for your virtual laser consultation at your preferred location, try booking at another location since it’s a remote service and received from the comfort of home. Your subsequent service visit does not have to match the location where you book your remote consultation! You can also call us at 212.931.8363 and we will help you book your remote appointment.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! – CANCELLATION POLICY DEBATE – As many of you know, we played around with having a cancellation policy when we first returned because all of our salons have to be at reduced capacity to follow state guidelines.  We have been having a lot of last-minute cancellations and also clients taking up multiple slots on the schedule which is leaving some clients out in the cold without having an appointment.  We know things can come up, but for the sake of other clients and also our team since everyone is working limited hours and with limited availability due to the extra time updated cleaning protocols are taking, please give us notice of 24 hours for cancellations.  Our team and the other clients thank you!  To make this easier, we are going to send out reminders a couple of times.  One reminder two days in advance so that if your plans have changed you can cancel at that time giving us a bit more notice and allowing the schedule to fill up again.
